My name is Chris Frizelle and I'm the owner of Outdoors Grub Ltd. I've been passionate about the outdoors for over 30 years: walking and backpacking, with the odd bit of climbing, sailing and canoeing, travelling to Europe and the USA as well as throughout the UK. I combine this interest with a passion for food: nearly every evening you'll find me in the kitchen creating dinner for myself and my wife (who hates cooking but loves to try new recipes I've dreamt up)!
So what could be more natural than to start a business selling great food (and related accessories) to outdoors enthusiasts? This is exactly what Outdoors Grub is all about. I've eaten my fair share of absolutely awful "camping food" products, but I know that there is some truly excellent food available. I've personally taste tested every single food product we sell: if I didn't like it then it didn't make it into the shop!
So my goal isn't just to be another online retailer, selling whatever makes money, but to provide great products that I genuinely believe in.
