These packs are described as containing two servings by Adventure Food. They contain at least 180% of the calories of a 1 portion meal, so may be more realistically suitable for one very hungry person, or when preparing meals for a group.
IMPORTANT: These packs are NOT of the "add water to the pouch" type, they must be prepared in a pan. To prepare, empty the contents of the pack into a pan, add the stated amount of water and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat, cover and leave for the required time to rehydrate. Mix again and serve. Do NOT add water to the foil packet.
